By accessing or using the website located at hejtech.net ("Website") or engaging with any services offered by HEJTECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or engage our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the Website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

HEJTECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED provides the following services:

• —Web application development
• —Google Ads campaign management and optimisation
• —Microsoft Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) campaign management
• —App monetisation strategy and implementation
• —Digital advertising consulting

The scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between the Company and the client.

All app development projects are governed by a signed project agreement that specifies deliverables, timelines, milestones, and payment schedules.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback at each milestone, access to necessary accounts and assets, and approval of designs and prototypes before development proceeds.

Change Requests: Any changes to the agreed project scope will be documented and may be subject to additional fees and revised timelines. Verbal change requests are not binding; all scope changes must be confirmed in writing.

Testing and Acceptance: Upon project completion, clients are provided a testing period (as specified in the SOW) to review deliverables. Acceptance is deemed given if no written objections are raised within the testing period.

Third-Party Services: The Company is not responsible for third-party platform policies (including Apple App Store and Google Play Store) that may affect app approval or distribution.

HEJTECH manages Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns on behalf of clients. The following terms apply to all advertising engagements:

Ad Spend: Advertising budgets are client-funded and paid directly to the respective ad platform (Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation). HEJTECH charges a management fee separate from ad spend.

Performance: While we use best-in-class strategies and optimisation techniques, we cannot guarantee specific advertising results, including but not limited to click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or return on ad spend. Digital advertising performance is subject to market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

Account Access: Clients must provide necessary access to their Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising accounts. HEJTECH will operate within the permissions granted and will not make unauthorised changes.

Compliance: All campaigns are managed in accordance with Google Ads policies, Microsoft Advertising policies, and applicable Indian advertising regulations.

All fees are quoted and invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable GST will be added to all invoices as per current Indian tax regulations.

App Development: Projects typically require a non-refundable advance payment (percentage as specified in the SOW) before work commences, with remaining payments tied to agreed milestones.

Advertising Management: Monthly management fees are invoiced at the beginning of each billing month and are due within 7 days of invoice date.

Late Payments: Payments not received within 15 days of the due date may incur a late payment charge of 1.5% per month. HEJTECH reserves the right to pause services for overdue accounts.

Refunds: Advance payments for app development are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly advertising management fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Upon receipt of full payment for a development project, all custom-developed code and deliverables specified in the SOW are assigned to the client. This assignment excludes any pre-existing HEJTECH proprietary frameworks, libraries, or tools used in the development.

All content on the HEJTECH website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of HEJTECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India.

Clients grant HEJTECH a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their brand assets solely for the purpose of executing agreed services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HEJTECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to HEJTECH in the three months preceding the claim.

HEJTECH is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform outages, or changes to platform policies.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, campaign data, and financial information.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or court order.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of two years.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by providing 30 days written notice to the other party.

HEJTECH reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or harmful to HEJTECH or third parties.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. HEJTECH will deliver all completed work to the client upon receipt of payment for services rendered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the state of Telangana.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
